In order to install any of our games you should:

1. Download the game from our website: www.ballshooter.com.
2. Connect your Pocket PC to a Desktop PC.
3. Run the downloaded file. The game will automatically be installed on your Pocket PC.

All of our orders are processed within a few hours. If you haven’t yet received your registration info, please try the following:

1) Double-check your inbox for any messages from "ballshooter".
2) Turn your SPAM filter off and check messages marked as "junk" or "unknown".
3) A few providers (e.g. EarthLink, AOL) block all e-mails from senders they don’t recognise. Check your filter settings.

You may not have restarted the game correctly. Follow these step-by-step instructions to register your copy of the game:

1) Run the game on your mobile device;
2) The limitation message will appear. Close it by clicking on the [x] or [ok] button;
3) Choose HELP from the Menu, then REGISTER. A new box will appear;
4) Enter your registration code, correctly;
5) Make sure you use the digits ZERO and ONE instead of the letters "o" or "i". The code is case-sensitive, so type a capital "A" char, instead of a small "a", etc, as required;
6) Press OK to close the confirmation message;
7) Exit game. You must do this via the game Menu (other methods won't work);
8) Run your game again. The nag screen should disappear.

Please don't forget to restart the game (exit via the game Menu, and run again) after registration to apply your changes. This is very important.

Run your game, choose Help from the Menu, then Register. The "Enter code" box will appear.

Note the little box in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen that appears along with the "Enter code" window. Just press this box to bring up a virtual keyboard.

If there is no box - exit the game, do a soft reset of your Pocket PC, and try again.
